Remedi is seeking an experienced Sterling Integrator (SI) EDI Mapper to support EDI initiatives by designing, developing, testing, and maintaining EDI maps and integrations within the IBM Sterling B2B Integrator platform. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with various EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, etc.) and a strong understanding of end-to-end EDI processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop maps using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (formerly Gentran Integration Suite)


• Create and maintain EDI maps for various standards including ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, and flat files


• Configure business processes within Sterling Integrator for EDI data exchange


• Collaborate with trading partners, internal teams, and business analysts to gather mapping requirements


• Perform unit testing and support system/integration testing


• Troubleshoot and resolve mapping and transmission issues


• Participate in onboarding new trading partners


• Maintain documentation for maps, processes, and procedures


• 3+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SI) mapping and development


• Strong knowledge of EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and XML


• Experience with BPML (Business Process Modeling Language)


• Familiarity with communication protocols such as AS2, FTP/SFTP, VAN


• Ability to analyze EDI files and functional specs for map development


• Experience in map version control and deployment processes


• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills


• Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience integrating Sterling Integrator with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)
  
  
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, Shell, etc.)
  
  
  • Familiarity with Sterling Control Center or other monitoring tools
