REMEDI seeks an engaging and persistent Business Development Representative to join our growing organization in Columbus, Ohio. We are a business, systems, and data integration professional services and solution provider specializing in EDI, MFT, EAI, and Analytics. This role will involve working with our team, CRM, and marketing platform to identify prospective customers, create/execute outreach strategies, and identify sales opportunities from email...but more importantly from phone conversations.
The position is excellent for those interested in IT professional services and solution sales and will provide ambitious candidates opportunity for personal, professional, and financial growth. The role is specifically geared for someone that has a natural curiosity to follow the actionable information provided by marketing automation and CRM tools,, and who isn't afraid to put in the work necessary to forge relationships and identify business opportunities. The right candidate has 3+ years of experience in relationship-based service/solution sales, with great attention to detail and discipline to follow-up over long outbound cadences and sales cycles.

Duties and Responsibilities (in addition to that above):
Participate in content, campaign, and workflow creation
Entering information into CRM, vigilantly creating/completing tasks and follow-ups
Maintain an active knowledge of our solutions offering and industry
Conduct discovery sessions and needs analysis with prospects
Schedule integration assessments with prospects and participate with technical sellers to determine the potential for REMEDI to assist
Experience with social media participation and marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated success in a fast-paced challenging environment
The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
Consistent energy with a highly self-driven sense of motivation
The ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection on a daily basis
3+ years business development, sales development, inside sales, inbound marketing or similar experience
